MD/CEO, 20+ years career experience, certified management accountant. He is an alumnus of Wales University, holds MBA in finance and MBA in organizational leadership. He has being instrumental in setting and implementing the innovative strategic direction for CGPI including the development of different real Estate Products.
Chikezie Agwara with over 20 years’ experience, is an Alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School (LBS) Executive Owners Manger Program – OMP10 with Certificate Executive Program on Developing Leadership Competencies at IESE Business School, University of Navarra, Barcelona. He is responsible for implementing marketing and sales strategy with a robust and effective business operations and IT processes, aligning same with strategic business goals.

Gift Boyecha – Accounts & Finance, Nine (9) years’ experience, hold HND in Accounting and BSc in Finance and Banking, a Student Member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN).
Mrs. Amaka Ekwe, Company’s Human Resources (HR) with Eight (8) years working experience and BSc in Quantity Surveying.
Okigbo Chike Pius is Technical Manager, holds Msc.ARC in Architecture with over 8 years’ experience in Architectural/ Engineering designs.
